***   The Live Eastern Mass Fire radio is now using Pro Scan
 to provide the text feed of Eastern Mass, Northern Rhode Island & Southern New Hampshire. To listen to a Pro Scan feed you need to use the FREE Pro Scan client. Of the different methods I have used since I began streaming in 2003 I like this one the best due to the nice looking interface & features available.
 Users of the Pro Scan client can select from a list of published servers to listen to, view the full scanner display, choose from several different display options, view a history log of frequencies, PL codes & text tags and use the audio recording function.
 The feed is now using a Uniden BCT-15 scanner to connect & listen you will need to use the latest client release.

**NOTE** Some users report having difficulty at times staying connected. There may be several factors that cause this, my upload bandwidth, Verizon DSL ~ 350kbps up, net congestion or possibly lack of built in "buffering" in ProScan. I recently added more RAM to the feed computer, 1.5 GB & am hoping future releases of ProScan might improve this, I know I am not the only one to have similar issues. As always an audio feed is available on the "New England Scanner Feeds" Teamspeak server which is a very solid streaming platform. Thanks for understanding!**

 Once you have the client open you will have 3 tabs choose from
 "Scanner Over IP", Audio Recording" & "History".
Clicking the "Scanner Over IP" tab will automatically load a list of available servers, double clicking on any of the servers will place the info in the left column after which pressing the start button will begin the feed. This is one of the best ways to stream a scanner to date. You can get more info at the link below there is a message board if you have any questions.

Pro Scan

This feed also runs simultaneously on the ScanMass Teamspeak server. This is an application you download to your computer that lets you connect to servers that host live feeds from across the U.S. There are several different Teamspeak servers online each host numerous different feeds either nationwide or focused on a specific region. There is an active easy to use chat feature that allows instant notification of incidents or ask questions & get help if you need it. To get started use the links below.
